About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Store Manager
to take charge of a busy store in
Cairns
. This is a Monday to Friday role, giving you the rare chance to enjoy weekends off while leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing stock, building customer loyalty, and leading and developing your team.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail or hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on service and satisfaction
  • Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and compliance standards
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
