Overview

Greencross Vets Joondalup is a rapidly expanding clinic, and we are looking for a Part-Time Experienced Vet Nurse to join our amazing team and grow with us. Join us in providing the positive experience and exceptional standard of care we are known for. We have a loyal client base, a strong focus on high-quality care, and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. The team are fun, experienced, and are a part of the community. We would love to welcome a like-minded Vet Nurse into the team.

What does this look like?

  • Part-time position, minimum 3 days per week
  • Flexibility when required for family/personal circumstances (e.g., school events, medical appointments)
  • Regular team social events – dinners, evenings out, fun activities (e.g., mini golf)
  • Monthly team meetings where every team member can share views and ideas (and see them acted on)
  • We are very passionate about ensuring that our staff are looked after, recognised, and rewarded
Responsibilities
  • Support daily clinical operations as a Vet Nurse
  • Mentor and guide junior nurses to foster a positive team environment
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and client communication
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV qualification with experience in guiding and mentoring Junior Nurses
  • 3+ years of clinical experience with extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Experience with Rxworks is preferred but not essential
