An established Australian-owned IT Services Provider is looking to take on a Solutions Consultant to join their newly formed team. The company has been around for 40 years and has grown to have operations across most states in Australia. They offer a range of solutions across Infrastructure, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Data & AI, Networking and Modern Apps.
The Solutions Consultant will ideally come from a strong infrastructurebackground and have experience delivering end-to-end project. The focus of this role is working closely with the Pre Sales team on designing and building solutions to then hand over to the projects team to implement. This role provides the right candidate with an excellent opportunityto move away from hands on technical implementation and focus more on developing their skills specificallywith Designing and Building solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the Lead Solutions Consultant& Pre Sales Team
- Take a scope of work and lead the design and build of solutions
- Ensure effective handover of solutions to the projects team for implementation
- Design and build solutions includingInfrastructure Migrations ( Virtual & Azure )
- Upgrades and refreshes around Networking, Storage, Backups & Servers
- Ensure high quality of documentation for handover
- Previous MSP / Consulting / Client facing experience is a must
- Strong technical experience with end-to-end projects
- Experience the design and build phase of solutions
- Technical background in Infrastructure & Wintel technologies
- Experience working with Azure Infrastructure highly regarded
- Technical proficiency with M365 stack a nice to have
- Excellent communication skills
