Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver comprehensive infrastructure solutions that meet our business requirements. This includes developing hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure strategies, creating secure B2B customer integrations, and leading modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and delivery of infrastructure solutions: Develop comprehensive infrastructure solutions covering networking, compute, storage, cloud, and security, supported by detailed documentation and costed implementation plans.
- Hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure strategies: Develop hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure strategies across Azure, AWS, and on-premise environments, ensuring compliance, security, and consistent identity and connectivity.
- Secure B2B customer integrations: Create and support secure B2B customer integrations and onboarding processes that align with our architecture and security standards.
- Modernisation initiatives: Lead modernisation initiatives including SDWAN and wireless network designs, infrastructure automation, and asset lifecycle management, while mentoring technical teams.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure solution design and delivery engineering; Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Expertise in Cisco networking (including SDWAN), LAN/WAN, wireless, and ACI fabric technologies; Proficient in hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure, AWS, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and SAN/NAS storage platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of security tools: Cisco and Checkpoint firewalls, Zscaler, Symantec Cloud Proxy, VPNs, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and infrastructure-as-code tools; Holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with certifications in Cisco (CCNP+), Azure/AWS architecture, or VMware; a Master's degree is highly regarded.
- Flexible working arrangements; 3 days in office/2 days working from Home.
