ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:
  • Be the good soul of the Adelaide office and provide a hands-on service mentality to local staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the Adelaide office and assist other APAC locations.
  • Plan in-house activities, luncheons, parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Liaise with facility maintenance and applicable building vendors.
  • Assist with domestic and international travel for staff.
Procurement:
  • Handle procurement activities for a wide range of services and products, such as IT- and office supplies; external services like consultancy, training agreements or marketing activities together with an active sourcing part.
  • Accompany our internal end-to-end procurement process from "demand to pay" in close cooperation with the requesting departments considering demands, cost analysis, quote comparison, negotiations and ordering/contracting.
  • Maintain and develop our supplier-management processes.
  • Work on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in close collaboration with our internal requestors as well as suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
