The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network offers opportunities across our sites, from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas. • Do you hold trade qualifications (or equivalent skills) and experience preparing bulk meals and special dietary options?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals, including special diets, in line with food safety and quality standards.
• Oversee food production and service, including ordering supplies, menu planning, and supervising catering staff.
• Liaise with dietitians, nursing staff, and patients to ensure meals meet dietary and cultural requirements.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
