The role focuses on enabling and supporting partners to achieve business success through recurring revenue, retention, and adoption of technology solutions.

What does the role involve?
  • Serve as the cloud business expert and main point of contact for Ingram Micro Cloud vendor offerings (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, and more).
  • Build relationships with the assigned customer base, addressing issues and maintaining a positive, customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and execute a proactive, customer-specific business strategy to retain and grow the recurring revenue base within the assigned customer base. Know your customers' business inside out.
  • Retain and grow assigned customer revenues by managing subscription/end-customer retention, renewal, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Enable assigned customers to drive a customer success strategy within their own business and adopt a "never lose a subscription" mindset.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, customer experience, or project management.
  • Strong technical acumen and a proven history of customer engagement.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts within a territory to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction and renewal.
  • Experience managing multi-tiered customer and service provider relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Competitive, ethical, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent team-building and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience with SaaS, IaaS, or general Cloud technology is a plus.
  • Energetic, bold, and ambitious to execute Ingram Micro Cloud's strategic objectives.
