Customer Success Manager
to join our team and play a key role in driving client success and shopper engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships from onboarding to activation – ensuring smooth setup, campaign success, and measurable ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor – educate clients on new features, help them self-manage, and grow their spend with Shping.
  • Champion client success – monitor performance, identify risks, and ensure clients achieve their monthly targets.
  • Lead and support teams – guide customer support and data integrity teams to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Oversee billing, aged debtors, and account accuracy.
  • Collaborate on sales processes, custom projects, and help shape the future of Shping's platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally in SaaS, marketing, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A problem solver who thrives on helping clients succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup/scale-up environment.
