About The RoleThis position is based at our 46-bed facility, where you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. You will support residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve personal goals and enjoy daily activities. Responsibilities include promoting independence, coordinating with staff, and assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

About YouYou are passionate about person-centred care, can engage meaningfully with residents, and contribute positively to a team. Strong communication skills and a Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards it) are preferred.
