This role is ideal for a creative proffessional with strong capabilities across both print and digital media, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand consistency and commercial objectives.

We are seeking a talented and versatile Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house team at I-MED Radiology, Australia's leading provider in diagnostic imaging and radiology services. This role is ideal for a creative proffessional with strong capabilities across both print and digital media, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of brand consistency and commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs, understand business priorities, and deliver visually compelling assets that align with strategic goals. Immersed in the business, the designer will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams by producing high quality creative materials that elevate the brand and drive engagement.

This is a 12-month Full Time Fixed term position based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working conditions

What you'll be doing:

• Design and produce a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and reports, ensuring a high standard of visual quality and consistency.
• Develop engaging digital assets such as web graphics, email templates, social media content, and presentation materials tailored to various audiences and platforms
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all design work aligns with the company's tone and visual identity.
• Create and edit video content using online tools to support marketing campaigns, internal communications and digital engagement initiatives.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), plus Figma or similar digital tools.
• Experience creating responsive digital content across various platforms.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to take initiative, communicate clearly, and contribute creatively to a collaborative team environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in healthcare, medical, or corporate industries is an advantage but not essential.
