We're interested in speaking with experienced architects with 5+ years' experience who are keen to join our Perth Studio as new projects move into design and delivery. We seek design-driven professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and bring both creative thinking and technical skill to complex projects. You'll be part of a team designing spaces that influence how people live, move, learn, and connect.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong design and documentation skills across multiple project stages
  • 3+ years post graduate experience working across a variety of typologies (education, civic, health, mixed use property, transport infrastructure)
  • A high level of proficiency in design tools and Revit is essential
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Confidence presenting ideas, contributing to design reviews, and engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in progressive design and future-focused thinking
Qualifications
  • A master's in architecture or equivalent qualification
  • Strong design and documentation skills across different project stages
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia at the time of application
