Job Description

We're growing a talent pool of Architects from emerging talent with a 5+ years' experience – interested in joining our Perth Studio as new projects move into delivery.

We're looking for design-driven professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and bring both creative thinking and technical skill to complex projects. You'll be part of a team designing spaces that influence how people live, move, learn, and connect.

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong design and documentation skills across multiple project stages

  • 5 + years post graduate experience working across a variety of typologies ( education, civic, health, mixed use property)

  • A high level of proficiency in design tools such as Revit (essential), and other visualisation or modelling platforms

  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants

  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

  • The ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines

  • Confidence presenting ideas, contributing to design reviews, and engaging with clients and stakeholders

  • A genuine interest in progressive design and future-focused thinking

Qualifications
  • A master's in architecture or equivalent qualification

  • Strong design and documentation skills across different project stages

  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia at the time of application.
