Club Active is Australia's leading active over 50's health and fitness facility. Our clubs are designed combining allied health with functional training in a fun, welcoming environment together with clinical support.

About the Role

We're recruiting for a Senior Clinician with experience as either an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Dietitian to lead a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll manage the team to deliver outstanding clinical care, lead the Club Active culture and foster a community to change the way they age.

You will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary allied health team.
  • Support with and follow systems and processes to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Showcase the Club Active brand.
  • Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal conditions, and healthy ageing goals.
  • Support the team to thrive and grow as practitioners.
  • Build meaningful connections with your team and members to support long-term adherence and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community

What We're Looking For:
  • Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian registered with relevant government bodies.
  • Ready to grow into a leadership role
  • Confident managing systems and a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, professional attitude leads a team and member experience
  • Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
