We are seeking a highly energetic, engaging, and committed Music Teacher to join our vibrant team on a permanent full-time basis commencing in 2026.

The successful applicant will:

Teach Music across Years 7–12, including Stage 6 Music.

Contribute to the design and delivery of both curricular and co-curricular music programs.

Inspire and support students in their musical growth and performance opportunities.

Work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning and dedicated faculty.

An allowance is available for the right applicant to coordinate the College Concert Band and Vocal Ensemble.

Have a sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback.

Work creatively and constructively within a range of communities inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for themselves and their students.

Be able to motivate students to achieve and to develop a life-long love of learning.

The Organisation

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CSPD'S Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
