Arteva Funding is the leading financial services provider that specializes in premium funding. Using industry-leading technology, and backed by private equity, we are on a strong growth trajectory, which has created a new opportunity for an experienced and highly organized Event and Sponsorships Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of key events and sponsorships for the Group in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of conference, exhibition, and event planning, including securing venues, managing registrations, and coordinating logistics.
- Ensure that branding and sponsorship opportunities are fully leveraged to differentiate the Group from its competitors.
- Manage online events, such as webinars, and streamline event processes, including implementing an online RSVP system and optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.
- Conduct post-event analysis, measure and report on event ROI, ensuring all activities align with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Sales team, to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Enhance event visibility, craft unforgettable experiences for target audiences, and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners.
A proactive individual with a customer-focused approach, you will bring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and multiple projects concurrently. Attention to detail and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in event management and sponsorships is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
