Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer you will be a trusted advisor to customers during our sales pursuits, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others.

Qualifications

To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have:

7+ Years implementing, supporting or doing technical sales of ERP Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain will be an advantage
Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the ERP business applications space, with emphasis on the Financials and Procurement space
Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
Experience engaging with executives
Consultative Selling and Challenger mindset. Validated experience in consultative selling approach, including bringing innovative ideas to customer's problems and being customer focused.
Experience and passion for learning; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others' benefit
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pursuits simultaneously
