About Family Centered Support Services

We are a Not-for-Profit organisation with a team of approximately 270 experienced practitioners, and we are continuing to grow. We provide a range of services, including residential out-of-home care, respite care, and in-home support to children and young people aged between 5 and 17. We operate a licensed service and have developed our own therapeutic framework to help create and support change in young people who have suffered serious trauma.

Our homes, where these young people live, are located on rural properties that incorporate animals and engagement with nature in our daily programs. We value connection and engagement over the use of technology within all our homes and are committed to helping our young people and their families heal and move forward.

About the Role

As a Team Member, you'll play a vital role in supporting Children and Young People living in Residential Out-of-Home Care at our therapeutic, rural properties, where we focus on a technology-reduced model of care.
