Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. Job Description

Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way

Providing the first and final impression for our guests, you'll embody excellence by delivering warm, authentic, and attentive hospitality throughout their entire stay.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, managing requests proactively, and working closely with all departments to surpass expectations.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs
