Guest Services Attendant, Lizard Island Resort

Delaware North Australia is hiring a Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. Located on the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef, just over an hour's flight northeast of Cairns, experience a tropical island with crystal clear waters, idyllic dive locations, and powdery white beaches. As a talented and passionate hospitality professional, you will assist us in delivering a premium customer experience in this amazing environment, engaging our guests from arrival to departure.

- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of VIPs, hotel products, services, pricing, and promotional offers
- Perform duties with a high level of positive guest service, prioritizing guest needs at all times
- Liaise with resort departments to ensure memorable guest experiences and high levels of service
- Extensive hotel/resort front office experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Experience with OPERA (PMS) system is highly regarded
