The Opportunity

Now, we're looking for a passionate and strategic People Services Manager to help us build the kind of workplace that makes this impact possible.

As our People Services Manager, you'll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver the full spectrum of people services—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and compliance. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to your team, and a champion of our values-driven, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with Family Life's mission and values
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing People Services team
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development programs
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Leading the implementation of a new HRIS and modernising HR operations
  • Fostering a culture of wellbeing, recognition, and continuous improvement
