Overview

Talenza are partnering with one of our key clients, a global Insurance organisation, in the search for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a large-scale HR/TA Transformation on an initial 12-month FTC.

Responsibilities
  • Transforming project teams and people's careers by uplifting ways of working and delivering uniformity and consistency across regions to provide a first-class customer experience.
  • Work on global programmes of work with a multitude of key stakeholders.
  • Bring a strong BA toolkit, exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a proactive attitude to learn and develop.
  • Join a 12-month FTC with a total package of A$170,000 inclusive of super.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to global programs and stakeholders, preferably in HR/TA or CX.
  • Strong HR/TA or CX background strongly considered.
  • Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Compensation

Base pay range: A$170,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr (inclusive of super).
