We are seeking Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working both in the community and in a clinic setting.

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants around the Tuggerah / Central Coast areas and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. You will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills.

Successful candidates will provide support to NDIS participants living in the Central Coast and Tuggerah areas.

We offer structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. We invest in your growth so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace. No two days are the same You might work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate individualized treatment goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and help them meet their goals
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians
  • Stay informed about current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude and interest in continuous skill development
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
