The Gig

Join our contractor talent pool to lead change management for a major transformation program as a Change Manager. You'll craft tailored change strategies, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive adoption across multi-disciplinary teams. Melbourne-based with hybrid work, full-time (40 hours/week), 9-month contract starting 23/09/2025, with a potential 12-month extension.

Change Manager

  • Develop and execute change plans, assessing impacts and mitigating risks.
  • Create tailored materials to support change readiness and adoption.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to embed new processes and technologies.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to build trust and alignment.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
