Join Toyota's Engineering Graduate Program in Altona North for a 2-year contract starting February 2026, gaining cross-functional experience and leadership development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a structured 2-year graduate program with rotations across multiple engineering divisions in Victoria
  • Contribute to Toyota's overall business strategy through involvement in various teams and projects
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop project management and problem-solving skills by leading individual and team projects
  • Experience Toyota Global Content Training to learn Kaizen methodology on systems and processes
  • Gain exposure to supply chain operations at Toyota Parts Centre (TPC)
  • Learn from customers at the Customer Experience Centre
About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics) completed between July 2024 and January 2026
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Optimism, enthusiasm, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage information, make decisions, and prioritise work effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
