Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Adelaide clinic on a full-time basis. Genea Nurses provide frontline care to our patients, supporting them along every step of their Fertility treatment. This role is based in an office environment, interacting with patients both over the phone and face to face. In addition to clinical duties, a significant portion of the role involves patient care, support and education.

On a Daily Basis Your Role Will Involve
  • Patient face to face interviews and phone chats
  • Collaborating with doctors and scientists to coordinate care and tailor unique treatment plans for each patient
  • Providing instructions to patients for the self administration of IVF drugs
  • Providing results to patients over the phone and offering support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, clinical data entry and general administration duties
Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (with a current AHPRA registration) who is genuinely interested in specialising in fertility. You will have strong clinical skills and strong people skills, as a large component of this role involves support and counselling. We are looking for empathetic nurses who can build rapport and provide genuine, authentic care to our patients. As this role is office based, you will also need strong administration skills and technical competence, as Genea works across multiple IT systems.
