Overview

Join Opella as a Marketing Graduate to develop end-to-end consumer marketing and NPD skills in a leading global consumer healthcare company.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Learn the ropes of Brand Marketing and sales in the Consumer Healthcare category
  • Assist the team in executing brand activation plans across key retail, media, and owned digital channels, including supporting communications projects
  • Support new product launches including packaging and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with direct team members and cross-functional teams (sales, innovation, commercial strategy, regulatory) and external agencies to ensure timely execution of project deliverables
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to brand leads, such as reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Help manage budgets
  • Learn sales processes from planning through execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital activity with retailers
  • Empower and positively influence colleagues engaged in activities
  • Identify development areas and institute plans to leverage strengths and improve
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduates with an undergraduate degree in Business Management (Marketing), Business, or Commerce from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2025
  • Customer-focused individuals with commercial awareness and business acumen, interested in marketing and sales in consumer healthcare
  • Very good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and courage to challenge the status quo, bring new perspectives, and make key decisions
  • High attention to detail and well-organised
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Proficiency with MS Office and commonly used productivity tools
  • Located in Brisbane or Sydney by January 2026

The Opella Graduate Program 2026 is a 24-month rotational program offering a fully supported learning environment with ongoing training, structured development programs, and tailored rotations to suit strengths and business needs.

The program provides valuable experience in consumer marketing and sales, enabling graduates to develop entry-level skills for a career in Marketing or Sales within a global multinational company.
