Senior Property Manager - WFH 1-2 days every week

  • Incredible base salary $90-$100K - get paid properly for your years of experience
  • Monday – Friday

  • Admin assistant to help with all paperwork
  • Dedicated BDM - no pressure to bring on new managements
  • Leasing team
  • Local portfolio within 10km from office
What your role looks like:
  • Liaising with owners, tenants and responding to queries.
  • Conducting routine property inspections.
  • Condition reports
  • Liaising with contractors and organising maintenance.
What you bring to the team:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager is essential
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Natural enthusiasm and a positive attitude
