Requirements

Qualifications

Graphic Design diploma or a degree in Visual Communication

Experience

Approx. 5-7 years in reputable design agencies

A passion for industry-leading design

Skills

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Scope

Ability to work from concept through to finished artwork

Thinking

Demonstrated strategic, creative solutions

Versatility

Problem-solving, process and attention to detail

Overview

Percept is a branding agency in Sydney's South. We're in the business of turning heads, with brave ideas and bold design.

Our beach-side studio is dynamic and full of banter, with a diverse range of work across strategy and positioning, brand identity, packaging design, print and digital marketing communications and website design.

We work with some of Australia's largest and most reputable brands as well as the passionate innovators in start-up land. As a design agency , we strive to help our clients be brave, transform brands, disrupt sectors and create meaningful connections with audiences.

We're looking for a passionate Designer who is enthusiastic to take their career to the next level, helping us to advance as a result.

Working within Percept's well-respected design team, with the support of an outstanding Creative Director , you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of your projects, from ideation and concept development, all the way through the design process, including finished artwork.

This is a great opportunity that would suit a well-established Designer, based in Sydney's south, who is driven to progress their career to the next level in a branding agency with ambitions for the future.

We're looking for a seasoned professional, who can work productively to answer project briefs, confident in their judgement of what will work and what won't in relation to our client's business objectives. Scope of work will be diverse, with projects of all shapes and sizes across a wide variety of industries, so adaptability and versatility will be important.

A responsible, pro-active person with good time management skills will be well suited to the position. You'll be able to work independently to meet deadlines and juggle between several active projects at any given time. Good communication skills will also be required because team collaboration, mentorship and direct client contact is involved in this exciting role.
