We coach our stylists on how to build a $100k+ income working just 4 days per week — without burnout, no stress about expenses, and no need to market yourself. We get you the clients—you take care of them.

With a front desk team to manage bookings, apprentices to support your services, and leadership focused on marketing and growth — you get to show up, do amazing hair, and go home proud (and paid).

This is a Paid Employment Role — Not Self-Employment

Above-award hourly wage for stability
30%+ commission on services — increasing over time
Superannuation paid on all bonuses — we're here to grow your long-term wealth, not just your weekly wage
Commission on all retail — including extensions (a huge additional income stream)

You're paid consistently and legally — with super, leave entitlements (or casual loading if preferred), and full support.
No ABN. No admin. No risk.

Who We're Looking For

Certificate III in Hairdressing

Strong colourist — confident in foiling, toning, and transformations

Weft extension experience or willingness to learn fast

Friendly, professional, and client-focused

Confident in rebooking and recommending retail

Appreciates consistency, structure, and team support

Interested in mentoring or education? (bonus)

What You'll Get

30%+ commission on services uncapped , increasing with time and performance

Above-award base wage + all entitlements for added security

Commission on retail + hair extensions (this is huge)

If you are transitioning from working solo and have a clientele, we're happy to accommodate and discuss how that could work when we meet

3–4 day roster (28-36hrs after breaks) with every second Saturday off (if wanted)

Apprentice support (no more running around solo)
