Qualifications required:

  • Diploma of Nursing or other qualifications and/or training deemed equivalent by AHPRA leading to registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Endorsement for medication (essential)
Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated skills in wound management, medication administration, continence and/or palliative care.
  • Demonstrated skills in the collection of clinical assessment data, problem solving and decision making, with the ability to refer or seek assistance.
  • Ability to use technology relevant to the delivery of care services
  • Understanding of the financial link between service delivery and funding framework (ACFI)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills necessary to manage varying and/or conflicting stakeholder demands
  • Proven ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a highly regulated and complex environment. Essential Conditions

To be successful, you will have:

  • Diploma of Nursing or other qualifications and/or training deemed equivalent by AHPRA leading to registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Current Nursing registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (essential).
  • Endorsement for medication (essential)
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check
  • Own vehicle/licence
  • Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
