I-MED Radiology Network is seeking a professional, reliable and team‑minded candidate to join their team at Mount Waverley administration office. This will be a Full-Time position, 7:00am to 3:00pm with work from home options.

Reporting to the Doctor Rostering and Credentialing Coordinator, you will support I-MED Radiology Victoria's Doctor and Management team. The role includes responsibility for credentialing and compliance databases as well as weekly, weekend and on-call roster management, along with other general administration.

You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be familiar with healthcare and the various compliance requirements along with excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for a positive self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Credentialing database management - including entering new and maintaining existing Radiologist details in our database
  • Supporting the maintenance of the radiologist weekly, weekend and on call rosters
  • Managing relevant statutory databases for doctors and staff
  • Department of Health and Medicare compliance
  • Accreditation management
  • Doctor payroll processing
  • Medical Insurance management/compliance
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in radiology or healthcare rostering/workforce planning would be desirable
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work through problems to achieve the desired result
  • Proven ability to build and manage credible internal and external working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
