Retail Inventory Manager- rebel Charlestown

Responsibilities- Lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations
- Ensure strong inventory integrity and efficient stock flow
- Minimise shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability
- Manage $3.2 million worth of stock in a large-format store
- Retail management experience
- Solid understanding of inventory control
- Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
- Skills in training and achieving results
