Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations
  • Ensure strong inventory integrity and efficient stock flow
  • Minimise shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability
  • Manage $3.2 million worth of stock in a large-format store
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Solid understanding of inventory control
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
  • Skills in training and achieving results
