What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?

The program includes completing core disciplines and achieving learning outcomes in areas such as Engineering, Design, Contracts Administration, Estimating, and Site Supervision.

Eligibility:
  • Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, or related qualification
  • Australian/NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Credit Grade Average
  • Availability to start a 4-day work week (with 1 day study) in February 2026
Application Process:

Register your Expression of Interest. The formal recruitment begins in September 2026, with successful cadets starting in February 2026. The process includes phone screening and an assessment centre.
