Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dealer Principal in the Boating, Automotive, or Caravan and RV dealership industry.
• Strong ability to interpret financial P&L reports.
• Successful track record in achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Caravan & RV dealership management principles.
• Experience managing and leading diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead by example, coach, and mentor teams.
