Our core business is providing 24 hour on call mobile hydraulic hose maintenance, install and repair service throughout the Brisbane, north Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and the highest standard of work. We have a small friendly team of hose fitters and office team, in which an opportunity has become available for a Mobile Hydraulic Hose Fitter to assist with the growth of our team and the business.

This position is mainly a customer service driven role. Among other duties, you will primarily be responsible for the repair and installation of hydraulic hoses by responding to customer breakdown service calls.. This position is a customer service driven role. Work is conducted on site at customer locations. You will be responsible for the preparation of job cards using our easy-to-use online cloud-based tools. You will have the unique ability to work with flexibility and be able to build good rapport with customers.

YOU

Core Objectives
- Review and adhere to OHS and systems to achieve zero LTIs
- Provide innovative hydraulic hose repair solutions to customers who have experienced a hydraulic fault on their machinery or plant.
- Accurate data entry in our cloud-based-system
- Zero call backs on work
- Provide suggestions to the business to assist with the improvement of work as it relates to your role.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
