In this role, you will have a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality training and development programs. With the support of the Clinical Education Manager, you will ensure our staff are skilled, competent, and supported to succeed with our vision of 'A world where our older people feel known, loved, and connected'.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work

• Demonstrated experience working in a health or aged care industry, with a supported Certificate or Diploma qualification in a similar field.
• Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Demonstrated experience in training and development, coaching, and/or mentoring
• Ability to conduct and present engaging training sessions to a culturally diverse and multi-disciplined workforce.
• Ability to support a 24/7 service where you may be required to work outside standard hours
• Hold a current NSW Driver's licence and willingness to travel
