About the Role

Providing care to ageing and disability clients to help them live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible. Care is provided around the clock with visits scheduled in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight, ensuring support when it is needed most.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Skills & Experience
  • Passionate about making a difference
  • Self-led with the ability to take responsibility for own behaviour and success
  • Coachable
  • Previous caregiving experience is an asset
  • Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed
  • Reliable to travel to clients' homes
  • Drivers with their own vehicle are an asset
Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
