This long-established pharmacy, a cornerstone of its community, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead their large, collaborative team. Ideal for a flexible, motivated, and self-sufficient professional, this role offers the opportunity to embrace a variety of responsibilities while achieving key business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • High Volume Dispensing : Busy pharmacy with over 500 scripts per day
  • Customer Focus : Ensure exceptional customer service is a priority
  • Detail-Oriented Dispensing : Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary
  • Health Advice : Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best healthcare is always front of mind

Requirements :

  • Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
  • Experience in high-volume dispensary (handling 300+ scripts per day)
  • Strong professional patient counselling skills
  • Driven by a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Must have experience in vaccination services
