What are we looking for?

You should have proven luxury client treatment or event management experience, be curious, positive, flexible, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to create exceptional client experiences.

You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be results-driven and client-focused to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Client Development Manager, your role will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional client experiences, events, and CRM support for the Oceania network.
  • Supporting boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with Maison guidelines.
  • Curating client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
  • Coordinating festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing reporting and insights on clients for boutique teams.
  • Managing campaigns for client recruitment and retention across the network.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
