Based in our Redcliffe Office, Monday to Friday, the Senior Management Accountantwill be responsible for leading our finance function and supporting strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings with them a relatable, approachable outlook that ensures connection with colleagues across the business as well as a relaxed energy to help reduce stress and drive efficiencies.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is integral to ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance across Daltech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a small finance team (Management Accountant & Assistant Accountant), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all core financial operations, includingmonth-end reporting,payroll,accounts payable/receivable, andcashflow management.
  • Deliver accurate and timelybudgeting,forecasting, andvariance analysisto support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance withtax legislation,statutory obligations, andinternal control frameworks.
  • Conduct detailedcost analysis, supportfinancial modelling, and manage the financial governance of vehicle and capital assets.
  • Direct collaboration with operational teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Tertiary qualifications inAccounting,Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA accreditation is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience infinancial leadership,management accounting, andteam supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Exceland financial systems, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
