About the role
As the Product Coordinator at Defence Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of our innovative health insurance products. Working in a full-time capacity from our Melbourne office, you will contribute to the strategic direction and implementation of our product roadmap, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of our members.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the implementation of new health insurance products, and changes to existing products
  2. Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive the successful adoption of product initiatives
  3. Provide administrative support to the product management team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in a product coordination or similar role, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industry
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field
