About the role:
- Drive new business for SCA and build strong client relationships to deliver advertising solutions
- Collaborate with clients to fulfil advertising needs using SCA's TV product suite and LiSTNR
- Maximise revenue potential via multi-platform advertising solutions and client-focused selling
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify clients' marketing challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to your designated client patch
- Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored advertising solutions
- Proactively search for new clients and business opportunities
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of sales experience (media experience is a plus but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions
- Experience in negotiation, presentation skills, and sales tactics
- Genuine interest in TV and the media market & passion for all things sales
- Unrestricted driver's license and car essential

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our client's customer service operations. This leadership role is hands-on in a technical, trade-focused environment. You will oversee the entire customer journey, lead a team delivering exceptional service to a B2B clientele, and drive people leadership, process improvement, and customer understanding.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and development plans
- Provide daily direction, feedback, and coaching
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Analyse key performance metrics to drive efficiency
- Liaise with technical, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline workflows
