Responsibilities
  • Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
  • Building customer rapport and repeat business
  • Daily branch duties
Qualifications
  • Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs
  • Sales-oriented with ability to promote services while working towards and achieving targets
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to adhere to procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eligible to work in Australia
Employment details
  • Hours: Part-time, minimum 15 hours on Friday and Saturday, with potential for additional hours
  • Location: Chadstone, Victoria
