Job Description

This full-time role, based at our Gladstone office, is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and professional administrator with excellent people skills.

TheClient Services Assistantrole isan administrative supportive role; providing support to the Partners, Accountants as well as clients.The role involves preparing correspondence, packaging jobs, maintaining databases, using accounting software systems and completing audit compliance reviews.

Ideally, the successful candidate would have worked in anadministrative role within an accounting firm previously. However, administrators from professional services / corporate environment backgrounds,would also find this role rewarding.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Ideally 2+ years working as a Client Services Assistant (or similar role) in Accounting sector (or similar)
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management skillsand accurate attention to detail skills
  • Professional presentation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
