Overview

Product Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance — Temporary full-time position until 14/8/2026. DCS Clerk Grade 11/12 ($149,739 - $173,174 base + super). Location: Sydney (Hybrid working options available within NSW).

The Department of Customer Service is looking for a strategic and dynamic Manager, ICT/Digital Assurance to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight and confidence across major digital investments.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes
  • Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Influence and build trusted relationships across government and industry
  • Shape the governance and transparency of NSW's digital investments

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments. You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes for NSW citizens.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at 149,739 base plus superannuation.
