Grout Guy

Shower Re-grouting / Sealing / Caulking / Tiling

The Grout Guy is looking for tilers to work within our NSW team. We are a fast-growing business currently located across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane. We pride ourselves on providing quality service to our customers and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team striving to be the best in our industry

This role is permanent with leave entitlements.

Seeking applicants in all areas.

Reporting to the State Manager, the successful applicant will:

1. Drive our branded company vehicle with fuel, tolls, and uniform provided.
2. Have all tools and equipment provided and be paid weekly.
3. Follow a pre-set schedule with full administrative support. No more chasing jobs
4. Meet with customers and quote new jobs.
5. Manage your day and jobs via our app.
6. Re-grout and seal leaking showers, splash-backs, floors, balconies, etc.
7. Occasionally tile.
8. Participate in monthly meet-ups and annual pay reviews.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

1. Be a Certified Wall and Floor Tiler with a White Card and Driver's Licence.
2. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide outstanding customer service.
3. Be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
4. Work well under pressure and support team members.
5. Fluently speak, read, and write in English.
6. Submit all paperwork prior to the commencement date.
