Grout Guy

Shower Re-grouting / Sealing / Caulking / Tiling

The Grout Guy is looking for tilers to join our NSW team. We are a fast-growing business with locations across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane. We pride ourselves on providing quality service to our customers and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team striving to be the best in our industry

This role is permanent with leave entitlements.

We are seeking applicants in all areas.

Reporting to the State Manager, the successful applicant will:

1. Drive our branded company vehicle with fuel, tolls, and uniform provided
2. Have all tools and equipment provided and be paid weekly
3. Follow a pre-set schedule with full administrative support—no more chasing jobs
4. Meet with customers and quote on new jobs
5. Manage your day and jobs via our app
6. Re-grout and seal leaking showers, splash-backs, floors, balconies, etc.
7. Occasionally tile
8. Participate in monthly meet-ups and annual pay reviews

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be a Certified Wall and Floor Tiler with a White Card and Driver's Licence
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and provide outstanding customer service
• Be reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Work well under pressure and support team members
• Fluently speak, read, and write in English
• Submit all paperwork before the start date
