Responsibilities
  • You will work as part of the Legal and Governance Branch, collaborating with Executive Directors and Directors to provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support to enable the efficient operation of the teams.
  • You will provide administrative services including diary management, invoicing, raising purchase orders in SAP, meeting support and electronic filing.
  • You will also manage file opening in a matter management system.

Qualifications
  • You are a motivated administration professional with experience, ideally from a legal practice.
  • You will have excellent MS Office skills and be able to confidently format Word documents and create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and present well.
  • You are a people person with strong collaboration skills and can foster strong relationships with the team and stakeholders.
