Business Analyst - Leasing System Transformation

Our Specialised and Asset Finance division, part of the Commodities and Global Markets group, is at the forefront of delivering tailored finance and asset management solutions to clients globally. As part of a large system and business transformation project, our team is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering seamless user experiences across our global operations.

This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will drive the success of our transformation project by working closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements, map current and future business processes, and collaborate on solutions aligned with project objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting solution walkthroughs, facilitating discussions, and supporting stakeholders during testing phases to ensure the delivery of an integrated, user-focused solution. The role may require attending meetings outside regular hours to accommodate US and European time zones.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with proven ability to analyze and document business processes effectively.
  • Experience in asset finance or financial services, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate team alignment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and scheduling skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with leasing software or Oracle e-Business Suite is highly advantageous.
